The evening engagement for Meghan at the British Fashion Awards has just been updated, late, on the online CC. That online CC is worse than useless!

Court Circular 10th December:
The Duchess of Sussex this evening attended the British Fashion Council Awards at the Royal Albert Hall, London SW7.

It wasn't just added late to the online CC but to all copies of the CC - so in the print media as well.

It is not unusual for an event to be added a day or so after the event took place. It usually happens a couple of times every year for one reason or another (sometimes whole days for a royal are added a day or so after the events have taken place not just an evening event).

I have seen occasions when events for some royals were up on one day and events for other royals went up the next day (and even new events added for a royal who was already up - Anne had that happen last year I seem to remember - three events up one day and then an addendum to the CC added two more events for her on that day).

^^^^ @ Fly on the Wall.

This is perfect. It's revelations like this that have made me lose faith in humanity.

If the crowds are so easy to manipulate into complete stupefaction - what hope is there for "a better world", really?

Now the stupefied crowds always drown out the voices of the wise.

^ Don't lose faith in humanity yet. At these events people are up for whoever the presenters are. I haven't looked at the video but Murks is an narc actress so her behavior is what she is. I do agree that she accomplished more than just being in a bit part in Suits but when that show ended, I didn't see her getting another role on a series so easily. So she would have gone nowhere absent a better marriage partner. That's the truth  so there. A line from that Lily Tomlin character Edith Ann. Probably you have to be my generation to remember her.
