Looks like a very typical BRF trip to the Republic of Ireland other than the Gaelic Sports Festival or any other short tour to a country:

Meet and greet on arrival either by the British Ambassador/High Commissioner or a member of the local government or both
A meeting with the Head of State or Government or other senior member of the government
A reception or garden party or other event at the Embassy or High Commission
Visits to major tourist sites
Visits to places of importance to the locals with regard to their history - especially if that means they can lay a wreath
Visit to some places of particular interest to the royal.

This visit meets all of the above criteria so I don't think it is so much cobbled together but what would be expected of a royal making a visit to Dublin. I am only surprised they aren't going to the Guinness Brewery ... but the Gaelic Games was probably the alternative for that visit.

Not sure what to make of this green frock, but IMO it looks pretty hideous, a French design apparently.  Not actually sure Ireland could be termed as "overseas trip", but there you go.

She looks hideous!   The slicked down Wallis Simpson hair with that center part!   That too-tight dress that hugs her buttocks!!!

^It's just plain awful.

Couldn't Givenchy have made that dress a little more body hugging?  Ghastly design and far too tight.  I don't need to see the outline of her derrière.

And the padded bra when we have seen -- unfortunately -- with our own eyes her tiny breasts . . . .

She's fake through and through.

On one side I like both the dior and this one. They suit her body and look chic.

Now they seem made for autumn, I am not sure they suit her role, and thr memo about british brands?

^IMO, it looks very much like she’s merchandising as she’s wearing clothes for the fall season.
This is such an odd trip. I doubt that people will waste time waiting to see them. I’d be curious if Harry gets time alone with the prime minister as I’d imagine that meeting with him could be the basis of the trip. Brexit’s in turmoil as well as the U.K. government, so I’m sure that an envoy will be in the meeting with Harry and the prime minister. Meghan should be elsewhere touring the garden or something.
I wonder if she’ll get something bad released during this trip just like Waity had her sunbathing pictures released whilst she was on tour in the Far East.  eating cookies

I was just about to say something about the padded bra. Sooo obvious!
