thinks Meghan might have been going for the Morden version of

Emily Andrews
Meghan #DuchessofSussex looking Audrey Hepburn-esque in bespoke @givenchy & Philip Treacy hat. Sophie #countessofwessex looking equally elegant in Emilia Wickstead (I think). Both ladies using their go-to designers for #RoyalAscot

I also noticed the black pumps!

Meghan really looks better when she goes minimalistic.

MEggles needs to try some actual colors. She looks like she hired W&W's house painter what with all the beige and pale colors.

Exactly Rosella.  I couldn't believe that comment about her ignoring Meghan.  Quite the opposite in fact.

Beaming Queen leads the royals on their second day at Ascot... but Lady Luck fails to smile on Sophie Wessex as THREE losing horses scupper her chances on £2 bet

The Countess of Wessex suffered a bout of extraordinarily bad luck today when just one of her horses was placed at Ascot.

Sophie, accompanied by husband Prince Edward, put down £2 on a four-fold accumulator, but failed to win a penny.

One of her horses, Cracksman, suffered a shock defeat to Poet's Word in the Prince of Wales Stakes, while another came second-to-last out of 28 horses.

Ladbrokes spokesperson Nicola McGeady told MailOnline: 'It wasn't a great day for punters at Royal Ascot today and judging by her betting slip it wasn't a great day for Sophie Wessex either.'

It is not known whether her mother-in-law the Queen, who was also in attendance, fared better on a bumper year at Royal Ascot with some £7million up for grabs.

Queen at Ascot: Shock as member of royal procession FALLS from horse at Ladies Day
THE Queen's return to Ascot for Ladies Day took a dramatic turn when a member of her carriage procession fell from his horse in front of Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice as well as others in the Royal Family.

The horse rider, in full uniform, was seen rolling on the ground as he tried to pick himself up.

The four carriages, led by the Queen, had just entered the winners' enclosure when he lost his balance.

The Queen returned to Royal Ascot for Ladies Day alongside Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie and other members of her Royal Family.

The monarch arrived at the Berkshire racecourse along with the thousands of racegoers who have turned out for the glitz and glamour of the biggest day in the racing calendar.

Very much so, poor horse, and apparently because of a stupid person blowing their horn in such close proximity and just possibly IMO an overcrowded carriage. Fools!!

With Camilla, Kate, and Turkey in the royal fold now, why not bring back Fergie?

That gesture of Sarah with the lapel was very loving.  As one commenter said on the DM they are obviously still in love.  Maybe a third royal wedding this year?.
