^Right, something expensive shouldn't crease, did she sleep in it?  blink

Total fashion fail: hair down, no hat, and an a polo-looking dress.  Embarrassed

The DM comments say the same, so I don't feel like a nitpicker.  tehe

Back to bed for me, its 4am in California.

I'm not very fond of cape tops on dresses but the rest of the dress and her shoes looked lovely. In a couple of those photos in the Fail it looks like Meghan and the Queen are sharing a joke. The Queen is in high spirits! No bare shoulders for Meghan today so people on Twitter and the like can't complain, no nerves, no lack of protocol. Done well so far.

^ and the lack of hat?!?!?!?!?!?!? Also we complained about Kate hair but most of the time it was in its place. Meghan hair always looks unkempt.

I think the fabric is good but they didnt realise it would crease so much. I do not think the givency designer ks a good royal couturier....

There are many photos from the early years with Kate's hair all over the place on engagements. And joint engagements with the Queen don't always require a hat. Kate wore a hat.  Camilla didn't wear one on her first engagement with the Queen. Sophie has also gone hatless on such occasions.

'She is a bit bored': Behavioural expert reveals Meghan's 'fidgeting hands' betray her lack of interest in a conversation - but she still 'smiles politely' throughout

BP has stated that the pearl earrings Meghan is wearing today are a gift from the Queen. The pearls look lustrous but old, probably from the Queen's personal collection.

Her first royal faux pas? Moment Queen stands back to let flustered Meghan get into their car FIRST during visit to Cheshire – after the Duchess asked her ‘what’s your preference?'

That wasn't awkward. In the text of the article it states there was a little discussion about which side the Queen wanted to sit in the car so she could get out easier, kerbside or road. Meghan was heard asking her 'What is your preference?' The Queen indicated that Meghan get in the car first.

Don't have time for much - but for those complaining about her hair and touching it - for years (and it has been years) we have been on WK about her hair not up or pulled back or clinging to little girl curls.  Lets not forget all the years of WK nonsense and being nervous and give WK sudden sainthood while ripping Sparkles.  I'm no fan of either but how quick we forget

There shouldn’t been a discussion about where the queen would sit in the car since that would’ve been known by Meghan if she was told.
The trifecta of wives that the Windsor’s have brought in is quite shocking and it’s no wonder why people find the whole system of royalty a joke. Camilla’s was a mistress, Waity a lazy limpet layabout living off her parents as she waited and was available whenever Wills wanted to holiday or anything else and now we have an American divorcée who’s a bitter and a slag as well as a liar and a cheat and a materialistic faux feminist to boot. My issue with Harry’s that he claims to be a champion of helping young leaders yet he’s married to a woman like this who young impressionable woman would think is the ultimate example of a modern day royal.
Now i’m wondering why she’s getting preferential treatment and allowed to break the rules as well as the rest of the royal family tolerating this. Is the a plan that’s being played out or has the royal family lost the plot with this situation?

The Queen’s countenance did a complete 180 from the wedding day, to spending time alone with Meghan.  Clearly QEII has found great affection for Meghan.

HM has little choice but to be smiley around Meghan. If she isn’t she’ll be accused of racism. The RF also knows that Meghan is unpopular with the British public, and its good Pr if she is seen to be accepted by the Queen.

^^^Agree. She shouldn't have gone to the car first. That is so disrespectful on so many levels.
^^Did the queen discover the happy pills too.

I thought I noticed the weaves!  MEggles should have gone to the other side of the car to get in, that way no having to schooch across the seat. She should have known better than to get in first.

The earrings HM has given her and which she wore today are identical to the earrings worn buy kate leaving the hospital in April.  Both pairs are very
similar to earrings she wears herself.  Does she have a stock of them?

They are a very classic type of earrings. So probably she does!

At nearly 40 with more living I expected more of Meghan... I didnt think I would like her so little while liking more Kate. And I have never been a fan of Kate....

Megs dress is still horrible to me, especially close up, a straight jacket as one commentor said on DM.  laugh Now if she dressed like the woman she is talking to...flawless.  thumbsup

The hair! I would've accepted the messy bun today over this  Shocked
