Is this Meghan and Harry's manor? Luxury new-build house dubbed Beggars Lodge on a very posh private estate could be the royals' new home

Prince Harry and Meghan's new property situated on a 3,800 acre estate
Planned property set to replace farm buildings in Great Tew, Gloucestershire
The Mail On Sunday tells you everything you need to know about the local area

This one's not built yet though, so they must be renting an existing buidling and either move to this one, or stay in the one they are in now.

Great Tew estate is owned by Old Etonian Nick Johnston, 46, a friend of David Cameron.

If they move into this house, they’ll be even more unpopular because the additional security will be ridiculous - are they going to try to get this monstrosity turned into an official Royal residence? No doubt the Queen hasn’t gifted them with a country pile so Meghan’s stormed ahead and decided to build her own...

Do the architects know something we don't? Plans for Harry and Meghan's Cotswolds mansion show a stylishly-dressed young woman pushing a baby in a pram
Drawings of human figures have been added by architects ahead of the proposed creation of a luxury six-bedroom mansion in the countryside.
The black and white drawings for the 3,800-acre estate, which could be built on the site of farmhouse called Beggar's Lodge, appear to be tell their own story.
Plans seen here for the first time show line drawings of a stylishly-dressed woman wheeling a pram carrying a small child along one side of the house.

Re the house being renting in the Cotswolds (or purchased, who knows).  Murky sure does have a lot of roads that lead to SoHo House and its very dubious and unsavoury connections.

Nick Jones (Soho House founder and previous managing director) sold 80% of the club to British high-street tycoon Richard Caring in 2008.[5] On 13 January 2012 the Financial Times announced that 60% of Soho House Group had been acquired by the US billionaire Ron Burkle, through his investment fund Yucaipa for approx. £250m, with founder Nick Jones retaining 10% and Richard Caring (Caprice Holdings) 30%, however, in September 2015 the company’s high leverage and limited free cashflow was under scrutiny by fixed income investors.[6][2][7] However, company profit potential has been affected by growth in new clubs.[8

Look in my archives about Nick Johnston, there is a SoHo connection with land deals. Markle was pushing for a house there.

The senior royals all get these lavish extra homes.  This is par for the course.
