@KensingtonRoyal

The Duchess of Cambridge, Patron of the National Portrait Gallery, will visit the exhibition 'Victorian Giants: The Birth of Art Photography' on Wednesday 28th February.

Her Royal Highness has written a foreword for the exhibition catalogue and captions for selected images in the exhibition that will form the Gallery's first ever Patron's Trail.

There's no way that idiot wrote anything for this. Someone in her PR department drafted that and put her name on it.

I doubt that anyone at KP have much knowledge of mid-Victorian photography, which btw happens to be an interest of mine. OTOH Kate does know some (trying to be fair here) as she wrote her thesis at St Andrews on the photographs of children taken by Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (Lewis Carroll, the author of Alice in Wonderland) so she may have kept her notes or a copy of that.

Shame she did a lot of cheating at university, there was something on a site about how the girl she copied from caught her out.  I personally don´t believe she has the intelligence or is articulate enough to write something like that,

No snow boots here! Kate braves the cold and ice in towering heels, bare legs and a floaty Orla Kiely dress as she visits the National Portrait Gallery exhibition she helped to curate

Is that a new pair of Kikis? The dress is fugly. Esp that "maid's uniform" bit on the cleavage. Also the dress (its print) is way too spring-like.

I think the Kikis she's worn before..

Ok, here's granny  Olya again: Isn't that woman freezing? Where are these people's winter clothes?
My mother was briefly outside not dressed properly and caught a cold she managed to pass onto my dad and me. A friend went for like a minute outside, to go two houses down to a shop and came straight back and caught a cold, also not dressed very well, because "it was just a quickie thing and I never throught it'd instantly make me ill!" And then Kate is now how many days (whilst pregnant) consecutively dressed as if it's late spring or summer, and Murkles today too!
I just realize this makes it seem like we have shyte immune systems, but I swear we don't. It's just that it really doesn't take much and boom you've caught the cold. sob

I don't get it. Same for odious Jennifer Lawrence the other day in London in her fugly Versace thing, near naked at freezing point (0°C), whilst the men were all appropriately dressed.

Can't believe I'm saying this, but Bill knocked it out of the park today, very well dressed, incl a jumper over his button down shirt! He was well dressed and appropriately for the weather too! Harry comes in 2nd, after Will. But further comment on the women, though Murkles comes in last with her Cali Spring outfit. sly

What earrings is Kate wearing here?

Kate needs to quit with the floral patterns. They don't work for her.

The curtains my granny had at her windows looked better, and they were pretty awful.  Not sure if quinn is trying to make her look good, but you could put her in a million dollar frock and she would still look a cheap, tacky mess.

That's what happens when you have a common piece of white trash married to the heir of the heir.

Amazing how she has time to pick out photos, but not time to visit her charities, or raise her kids, or (probably) spend time with her husband.

As for being common, William is just the same, as common as anything. Blood has him in the highest family in the land and one of the world, but frankly that won't change the choices he made in his life. The only reason he married Kate is because no other adult woman, no decent woman, would want to put up with this whining and posturing and nonstop complaints about his life. Throw in the paranoia about the press and the games he likes to play about making girlfriends keep quiet about the relationship, I am certain that only  the worst type of woman would want to stick around and follow such asinine rules.

Yep. The more expensive something is, the tackier she makes it look.

Amazing how she is in much warmer climates sewn into her coats (won't take them off even inside, incl at Haga palace when at Vic and Dan's private residence for a visit), but now she can be without coats, outside, at (below) freezing point and snow. I frikkin do not get it. sly
