The real test - bussing in more than 19 people.

I watched the Sky links from beginning to end at both the Nottingham and Brixton engagements, and I can assure you there were a lot more than 19 people in the crowd at both events. At Brixton it was heavy security, on lockdown as the Sky Royal reporter said, and it wasn't even a walkabout situation planned there. They certainly wouldn't have been bussing people in.

Accounts are it was non-locals who had to be bussed in - most of the the other media, photographers, etc.  People are not impressed by them.

Its very strange coz from the thousands of comments on the DM people would assume noone likes them obviouslly i wouldnt trust this wave of negative comments on DM as im sure its the usual people with 1000 diferent profiles posting 24/7.U can tell by the type of comments if its a "normal" person posting or someone from the fandom anyway. In the end it turns out at such events that people are always happy and excited to see them! I also think there was a good crowd on both events especially the first one mayve coz of the place or coz people were excited to see them.I do believe with time it will become less and less as the whole excitement will pass especially if they keep doing an event a week people will get tired of the until the wedding. With this whole campaigne the DM is making i also agree is a bit too much.

Welcome aboard, Meghan! Harry's girl gets real taste of British life as her train is delayed on first trip to Wales thanks to points failure at Didcot

^Ok, so, so far, the hair is a mess.  Again.  And Harry tried to get her to talk to the lady in the beige coat but hanging onto him took precedence.  What the F is she, 12?

Nice coat, tho.

^ Ditto for me. Not going to lie, I like the coat. However, I'm not here for the all black, the messy hairstyle, and of course her constant and never-ending clinging. Also, I never get the feeling that she's actually genuinely excited to interact with the people. She likes for them to fawn over her, of course.

^^The all black is really played and evidently her fave color.  Black and white is about all I've seen.  Whatever.

^Yep, unmade bed with no public touch.  Deer in the headlights that is so ingenuous.  She's loving it.  But, enough a,ready with clinging to Harry.  It's embarrassing.  I notice now the coat doesn't fit properly.

The Point, though, is to meet the people in an independent and genuine way even if you're in a potato sack and she failed again at the greeting line.  Rude.

There were quite large crowds wanting to see them, including several Americans. They were saying on Twitter that they were limiting the numbers on the castle grounds for security reasons and people were being turned away. Some people waiting to greet them had been waiting since 6 am.

Harry and Meghan separated after arriving and worked the crowds on both sides that I saw on the video. Loved the coat and the Welsh pants were a nice touch and sensible in icy weather. It rained a bit just before they arrived. The crowds were cheering, and Harry and Meghan were very natural and happy to interact. I thought it was lovely.

^Those aren't large crowds.  Come on.

Anyway, she signs autographs now?

Photo taken Outside the castle, and the line stretched along to the castle itself. They received a warm Welsh welcome and were given a traditional carved Welsh loving spoon of the traditional kind with decoration.

^BBC already called it a "low-key" turnout.

This is priceless.  I feel the same way, Harry.  He looks awful, btw:

Saw the video from start to finish as I usually do with Harry engagements and there were fair sized crowds waiting for them, certainly more that the Cambridges get for their engagements in Britain. And Harry was probably weary after the train delay when he got out of the car, but he soon perked up and he and Meghan were really interacting with people, who were happy to see them. Plenty of cheers and smiling faces.
