^^^ In ways it will enhance her CV, and more importantly open doors for her down the line, due to new connections and insiders within the monarchy and parliament due to her job. Working for the Winds still has prestige. And she'll most likely get a gong, which most people do who work/ed for the Winds, like Rebecca. All pretty nice stuff. She read her job description very carefully (as opposed to Waity who only saw shiny pics of Diana and thought "Yes! That's what I want!") and weighed the ups and downs precisely up and made her decision. Like I said, I think she's in for a nice package and therefore took this job up, and I don't blame her, would possibly do the same. Endure the ditzy dolts for a while and get good perks afterwards.

^^ Agreed. She's imo a no-bs person and really the best they could hire. As Val says and as I said previously, it's an impossible task, imo. If Quinn quits soon(ish..?) I wouldn't blame her. You have to cut your losses. Hard to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear.

She certainly has one in Waity. This will be the challenge of her life.
