Prince William and Catherine married on April 29, 2011.
William's father Prince Charles and Lady Diana married on July 29, 1981.
Do you believe that when William and Catherine chose their wedding day of April 29, the 29 was to honor Princess Diana's wedding day?

^ ^ No, I don't. I think it's pure coincidence. If they had really wanted to honour Diana or as PR the Cambridges would have married on Diana's birthday or something. It's a logistic nightmare to get all of the royals together at one time, especially for people like Charles and Anne whose diaries are choc full for up to a year ahead. Some members of the BRF are overseas at any one particular time as well. April 29th just happened to be free for all of them with a bit of juggling, IMHO.
