^true.
He said out of his own mouth that he should be trusted with his choice of girlfriend/potential wife and that he wanted people to be proud of his choice; that it'll be someone he could invite to meet the queen. So he basically set the bar high himself, so him being mixed up with Meghan contradicts what he said.
If that story about her slipping him her number at the dinner her boyfriend was cooking, and she swiftly dumps him to go and mess around with Harry, then to me this solidifies that all she is is his dirty little secret that would've stayed hidden if she didn't go public with the great romance. As others have stated, she must've done it when things were cooling off.

There are 35 to 40 international media outlets following Harry on Antigua, the Antiguan Observer reports.

Media officer for Government House Jacquie Browne stated that 17 foreign news groups were present for 'the Prince's arrival'. She told the Observer that these included British media outlets, like British Press Association,(UK) The Express, The Telegraph, Daily Mirror Daily Mail and The Sun. Others mentioned in the article included US Reuters, NBC, ABC, Vantage News, Channel Five, New Pix International.

The Antigua newspaper is hoping for a spike in international recognition.

That's good. At least the queen will be pleased on that front as he's representing her on this tour.  thumbsup

Of course people are going to expect more of him: he has a title and his family gets millions of pounds from the taxpayers every year.  bignono

As far as forgiving/overlooking his past mistakes, we have all done things we're not proud of during our lives, but we learned from them. I think most people hope that Harry will eventually learn from his mistakes as well.  dontknow
