A Spivey article, so beware of the language, which I do not approve of and so wish he would not use.  Like him or *despise* him, he does tell it as it is though. So, are we surprised prince philip´s aide was cleared of child molesting, not, not one bit.  They are all above the law when connected with the rf, look at randy andy. mummy called in favours for him.

^Maybe the old fool is not getting off so lightly, Leicestershire Police calling for a review. Good for them.  Claimning senile dementia as the reason fgr not charging him.

This just makes my blood boil.  The lies, they always get to me, I detest all the lies.

Lord Janner made secret visits to the Lords AFTER being declared unfit for police questions over child abuse allegations
Documents reveal visited Westminster once in May and twice in June 2014
Doctors said in April 2014 his dementia was too advanced to be questioned
But peer said he was on official business and signed for cheque for costs
Questions raised over how he can be well enough to conduct 'official business' if dementia is supposedly so advanced he cannot speak to police

This just about sums about the "you scratch my back and I´ll scratch yours" that goes on in British politics.  Seems to get worse every week these days.

Lord Janner was still director of his firm THREE WEEKS ago, it emerges as damning dossier alleges police chief allowed peer to molest young boys
Director of Public Prosecutions Alison Saunders sparked outrage when she ruled the Labour peer's dementia meant he would not be prosecuted
Yet less than a week earlier, the former Labour MP was at the top of a list of company directors for his firm West Heath Road Seasons Ltd
Janner, 86, stood down as a director of the company on April 10, six days before Miss announced would not be charged with 22 child sex offences

A lawyer relative suggested suing the club, especially if other members were involved.  The Club had to know something untoward was going on, at the very least.  Find a disgruntled waiter or someone to be the witness.  This is truly disgusting.

Paedophilia is disgusting, full stop.  Dirty old man, and the Establishment covering up for him.  About sums it up really.  They will cover up for their "own"  paedophiles, so many at it, and they will all cover for one another because there but for the Grace of God go any one of them getting exposed.  Bring him down and he could bring the whole Government down, most of them are paedophiles from what is coming out these days.  No wonder they are all trying to hush it up, running scared big time.  Hope it does all come out, the things they do to those poor souls, left with their lives ruined, if they are left alive at all.  Pa, the gardener, better not dig the garden too deep at AH, only a stones throw from Sandringham where allegedly there are a lot of bodies buried.  All vile and disgusting, makes me go cold and feel sick at the depths of depravity they sink too.

I think there must be a lot of rich pedophiles in the world. Look how many missing children there are every year. The fact that they keep taking them shows that there is always a demand for "fresh young kids," and they must be making good money to make it all worth the effort. A lot of teenagers run away from bad homes and end up there, too.

So many people are campaigning to lower the age of consent and legalize prostitution, combined with increasingly graphic "sex ed" at younger and younger ages (I don't think it's a coincidence that some of the people in charge of creating some of these programs were arrested because there was child p**n on their computers), condoms given out at elementary schools, they are trying to normalize this. I think the people who are campaigning for these things are the ones who should be investigated first, I bet a lot of them have skeletons in their closet and the police could get some leads on who's behind this.

^^^^@Val - Interesting about your relative's comment - pity we can't get him/her to investigate this lot!! Someone I know suggested getting three mental health experts to evaluate Janner as well as a private investigator to follow him to obtain proof of lucidity and then request another evaluation of his mental capacity to be questioned or put on trial – if this is  refused then publish the PI's report.

From what I have read and heard I think a very high proprotion of paedophiles are amongst the Government/MP´s themselves.  No wonder they want to keep it hushed up.  Out that lot and there would not be many Government officials/MP´s left from the sound of it.

saw a report now re" Rotherham that up to 300 people may be implicated including people on the council - no wonder it went on for so long.  It is disgusting.

Pressure builds on the DPP to resign but I am beginning to wonder whether she was pressured into making the decision she did - after all there are probably plenty of influnetial/powerful people who would not want Janner  prosecuted - he might be tempted to sing like a canary and take them down with him.   Of course I could be wrong but it is just a thought.........

At last the DPP overturns her earlier decision tp prosecute Janner. Last week we were told that the QC reviewing the DPP's decison not to prosecute said that the evidence against Janner to be tested in a criminal court – in a procedure known as a ‘trial of the facts’ – even if he is too unwell to attend but that he would not actually be prosecuted

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3141136/Janner-face-justice-barrister-recommend-DPP-s-decision-ruled-case-against-Labour-peer-heard-court.html

Now it appears he WILL be prosecuted... the first hearing will be on 7th August 2015 at Westminster Magistrates Court - prosecutors believe there is enough evidence to prosecute the former Labour MP and have formally charged him with 22 counts of sexual abuse - including indecent assaults on children under the age of 16 - allegedly committed in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.
