This is my new vice. Well done series that are usually short (20 chapters aprox) and are very entertaining.

My first one was "my love from another star". I loved everything from this series. Maybe the only defect was that the end was so so (http://asianwiki.com/My_Love_From_the_Star). But it's still the best I've watched.

"Fated to love you" (http://asianwiki.com/Fated_To_Love_You_%28Korean_Drama%29) was awesome, maybe not because the plot (super cliche) but for the male MC. He is such a good actor  pinkheart pinkheart

"Marriage Not Dating" (http://asianwiki.com/Marriage_Not_Dating) was a super modern love comedy. The relationship between the MCs was so nicely done without cliches and it fitted them so nicely. I love how they closed every plot without the usual twists.

I also watched "Bride of the century" which is more melodramatic than the rest but was still good. The plot was more cliche (http://asianwiki.com/Bride_of_the_Century) but still with good twists. Actors maybe weren't as spectacular as love from another star.

After I tried "School 2013" (http://asianwiki.com/School_2013_-_School_5_Korean_Drama) and it was nothing like the other but still super good. I learned a lot about Korea with this one but the end left me a bit unsatisfied. The School setting really made this one a standout.

My last one has been "Mask" (http://asianwiki.com/Mask_%28Korean_Drama%29), I got addicted to this one and I would like to steal the wardrobe of nearly anyone. The clothes were amazing. The plot went downwards towards the middle but I liked the characters so much that the drama was still enjoyable.

On the way I left a couple without watching them completely. Nodame Contabile didn't got Nodame's personality as I expected or what it can be read is difficult to watch, I don't know. Coffee prince was not entertaining to me because it was dated or I didn't like the MC. Miss Korea was too slow and I didn't like any of the characters. There must others I didn't finish but I don't even remember them.

So more or less my fave are the ones with a bit fantasy but full of romance and comedy. I like melodramas but there must be a plot somewhere.  tehe Right now I'm looking for a new one so I'm open to recommendations.

Shining Inheritance is good, I liked that one. Not to be confused with 100 year inheritance - I got bored to bits with that and wanted to slap every character in it.
You will like My Princess if you haven't seen it yet, it's one of my favorites.
Winter Sonata is a classic - loved it but on the depressing side.

Are you watching them on Netflix, Hulu...where?

^there is nothing like that in my country, well we may get netflix in the future but I doubt they will show kdramas.

I started by using vicky on my phone and then I use this one http://www.drama.net/ on pc it has a lot of dramas plus films and even jdramas. It's always streaming so there are no problems.

I watched a bit of shining inheritance but didn't get the plot. Maybe the male MC seemed too smug too. But if you say is good I will try and give it another opportunity  flower It should get more interesting when she gets into the business no?

My princess sounds like the kind of thing I like! I will check if it's available to watch.

You can watch them on dramafever, mysoju.com, and crunchyroll.  Hopefully mysoju still has Attic Cat on there, I think you'll like that one too! flower

http://www.drama.net/queen-seon-duk/

Queen Seon Duk

Quote
Dukman (lee yo won) was born a twin but was abandoned as a baby and sent to a place far away by her father, King Jinpyeong (park ye jin) in order to protect her from being killed by an influenced royal court lady, Mishil (ko hyeong jeong) who tries to *private body part* away the throne from the royal successor. Dukman was later brought back to the Silla palace, where she joined forces with her twin sister Princess Cheonmyong to oppose Mishil. However, Mishil devised sinister plans to have the two Silla princesses exiled from the kingdom, and in a secretive battle, Princess Cheonmyong was accidentally killed. But Princess Dukman shrewdly enlisted the help of General Kim Yusin (uhm tae woong) and eliminated her archenemy Mishil. She then became Queen Seon Duk, the first female ruler of the Silla kingdom. This drama is about a story of a beautiful queen, who has to give up her love to save the people and thus, leaving behind many brilliant achievements...

I tried Attic Cat but I had to stop in the middle and simply watch the end because I hated the MC. I would have chosen the second guy in a second given the opportunity. She was also too much of a doormat and I hoped for a turnaround that didn't come.
