They, along with the Midds have turned the royal family into a laughing stock, where it's ok to be a social climber and use the royal family for their own gain and get rewarded for it.  Shocked

Princess Eugenie was rejected from [Newcastle] university but then given a place when they realised who she was, claims lecturer

    Dr Martin Farr,  a senior history lecturer, made the allegations at a convention
    He said many students became republicans as she received 'special treatment'
    The princess studied English literature, history of art and politics and graduated with a 2:1

If true, that happens a lot with universities. Some people have to have a ~4.0 in high school to get accepted, while others can get accepted based on legacy or connections. If Eugenie got 2 A's and 1 B that seems to be close enough to the entry requirement (if it really is 3 A's) anyway. It's not like she got 3 D's or something. dontknow
