I've always loved her wedding dress. She reminded me of Grace Kelly on her wedding day.

She is probably the best dressed Princess, imo. I love her style. She usually always looks amazing.

Okay so I know that Greece has a non-ruling royal family that still holds titles but as far as their ruling period, how long do they date back? I assume ancient Greece, prior to the democracy and republic discussion that shaped their future govt.

Gosh absolutely not! They started reigning in Greece in the late 1800s, before that there was a german ruling family. Greece has also been invaded by the turks for a long time.

Well when I saw Greek Royal Family, I mean whom is ruling Greece, not necessarily what country they came from. Kind of like the British Royal Family has a mix of English,German, and Greek blood but no one calls them the Royal Family of Germany or Greece, they "rule" Britain Rule in quotation marks because it really doesn't mean rule in the absolute sense but constitutional sense. I ask about Greece because I've always hard that the Greek republic and democratic ideals that started in ancient times aren't really the same as it is in the USA and then I found out that Greece also had a royal family and even the country of Italy where the Roman Republic once was had a royal family.

No one is ruling in Greece they are exiled. They were actually titled princes of Greece and Denmark or they did until the Danish parliament changed that.

They also didn't reign for a long time not only because they started very recently but also because they were exiled lots of time.

I also don't understand your question. Of course the kind of republic they had in Athens as Greece didn't exist at the time was different from the political system USA has.
