He also just passed laws giving the royals more privacy on matters that should be public, after apparently(?) campaigning on the fact that he'd make them more transparent...I'm not British, but I don't like him much, he seems very ambivalent. I remember watching some of the UK campaign debate for my politics class and he'd stand there sighing and shaking his head at the others' plans like he was watching kids fight, but never offered many solutions himself.

Funnily enough, I'm reading The Royals right now, it's banned over there due to threats of lawsuits by the royal family under the current laws. I wonder if it'll be allowed now? Sad thing is, she sources most of her quotes with names and interviews so it really paints an unflattering portrait of them that sounds really legitimate.
