I think it's good to start doing duties/appearances in one's late teens, but putting too much pressure on oneself is never a good idea.

^^ Not the best gloss over, hiding the true reasons for her anorexia. Royal ressure was part of it, but the real & more cutting reasons are so much deeper. Her parents being absent for one, putting her down for not being "princessy" enough by her mother for another - pitting her against her "princess perfect" sister, then CG's resentment over his son's title & status as "crown prince" being taken away and give to Vic... Just really good that the siblings have come out well enough out of it to not *despise* each other and support each other and CG & S maybe having learnt a thing or two and changed for their kids' sake, your kids will always be kids regardless of their age..

I think her anorexia comes from the pressure to look like the fairy-tale version of a princess in every way and that is just impossible and unfair. She's accomplished, has tow adorable well behaved kids, and I am sick of the fairy-tale. I am sick of how young royals are told not to conform, which isn't fair since their lives are all about conformity and adhering to tradition. I think that being conservative and traditional is the only way for a born royal to remain mentally healthy. Look at how William refuses to conform and he's getting crazier by the day.

I just wish she'd loosen the hair once in awhile.  She looks lovely with her hair down.  Some variety would be nice

^I think Victoria wears her hair in that rather severe updo for practicality. I'm sure she has got putting it up and fastening it there to a fine art and in the fastest time possible by now. It also doesn't require hours at the hairdressers. However, I agree, every now and again, especially at evening events, it would be lovely to see her experiment a little, try something new. If you have long hair you can do so much with it.

I agree variety would be nice to see, perhaps she prefers having her hair away from her face during the day.

loveshower Estelle is such a sweet big sister to Oscar. The Swedish Royals really know how to show off their kids, and understand what great PR children's photo can be. Look and learn William and Kate, that's how its done.

Why are there so many mean comments? She said she misses moments of her children's lives, she never says that other working parents do not.  dontknow

'I used to think I was stupid and slow': Princess Victoria of Sweden follows in Harry's footsteps by revealing her battles with anxiety and dyslexia in a candid interview

Mother-of-two has been giving interviews ahead of upcoming 40th birthday
Her teenage anorexia battle resulted from anxiety about public role
Now admits the 'performance anxiety' is still there, but she's deals with it better
Was bullied at school because of her dyslexia, which she shares with father

To my knowledge Vic has been talking about dyslexia much longer than Harry; nice try making it out to look as if the Winds invented the wheel

Thanks for the wonderful photos. I do have a soft spot for the Swedish RF.

But I was curious why the women (Queen Sofia and CP Victoria) were wearing traditional dress, but the men's were not.

Does anyone know please?

Thank you.  thankyou
