Mirror Couple Left Spooked After Train Ticket From 30 Years Ago Mysteriously Appears In Their Home

https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/weird-news/couple-spooked-train-ticket-eerie-10850635.amp

To me, if this isn't a hoax, it sounds like an apport. The Arthur Findlay College would probably welcome enquiries.

I looked for a DM thread as thought that there was one but couldn't find it and wanted to post a his comment from another forum -

.' The galling thing is that posters like HowardD and James Allenby have been allowed to have several pseudonyms and to carry on posting.  Allenby has had at least three different noms de plume which makes a mockery of the DM's Rules, namely: "If we suspend or ban your registration, you must not attempt to re-register or submit content (e.g. using someone else's account), without our permission..."

But, of course, We are neither working for the Cambridges nor a Middleton nor a Middleton troll...

^

The DM are always being reported to IPSO and the following type of comments are everywhere.

Not much point having an organisation like IPSO if they don't want regulate the press, whether it's the printed or the on-line version. We all know how KP and Cruella flood the comments board when an article about the Cambridges appears in the DM and how aggressive those posters are towards those with different points of view.

'A detailed and lengthy set of lies': Former Stanford swimmer Brock Turner slams his sexual assault trial and files an appeal to overturn conviction so he does not have to register as a sex offender for life
In an appeal filed Friday, lawyers for Brock Turner said the initial trial was 'a detailed and lengthy set of lies'
They hope a new trial will also help overturn his mandatory lifetime requirement to register as a sex offender
He was arrested after being seen penetrating a drunk, unconscious girl with his fingers behind a dumpster on Stanford's University Campus in California
The case gained national attention when Judge Aaron Persky sentenced Turner to six months in jail - he served just three

US Navy hands out punishment for the two 'cocky' aviators held responsible for skywriting a giant penis over Washington state
The reprimands were not made public as it was meted out in an administrative proceeding
A military source said that the individuals responsible were permitted to retain their status as aviators
The aviators, who belonged to Electronic Attack Squadron 130, used an EA-18 Growler aircraft during the incident
US Navy chiefs ordered the fighter jet aircrew grounded after the stunt garnered massive Internet attention around the world

^Ha!  They’ve been grounded, we’re told, for 90 days.  They don’t want to lose good pilots. I think it’s hilarious.

Disney Makes $52.4 Billion Deal for 21st Century Fox in Big Bet on Streaming
LOS ANGELES — In a move that will reverberate from Hollywood and Silicon Valley to TVs and smartphones around the world, the Walt Disney Company said Thursday that it had reached a deal to buy most of 21st Century Fox, the empire controlled by Rupert Murdoch, in an all-stock transaction valued at roughly $52.4 billion.

While the agreement is subject to the approval of antitrust regulators — and the Justice Department recently moved to block a big media company, AT&T, from becoming even bigger — Disney is acknowledging that the future of television and movie viewing is online. The acquisition, which would make Disney a colossus unlike anything Hollywood has ever seen, is the biggest counterattack from a traditional media company against the tech giants that have aggressively moved into the entertainment business.

Disney has already announced an ambitious plan to introduce two streaming services by 2019. With this deal and the wealth of movies, TV shows and sports programming it provides, the company will now have the muscle to challenge Netflix, Apple, Amazon, Google and Facebook in the fast-growing realm of online video.

Isn’t Disney embroiled with the Weinstein fiasco in some way?  Rings a bell with me.  Miramax I believe was a subsidiary of Disney.
