THE QUEEN'S TRIBUTE TO HER MOTHER AS SHE STARTS DIAMOND JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS

As the Queen toured an infants’ school and nursery wearing the diamond shell brooch her mother had worn at her 100th birthday celebration, the children were more concerned about another – and far less public – part of the royal wardrobe. In an effort to explain royalty to three- and four-year-olds, the nursery school at Dersingham, Norfolk, had introduced its pupils to Nicholas Allan’s book The Queen’s Knickers.

I thought all the royals blossomed and changed for the better since Diana.after Diana's death the were unpopular.but the royals are learning to be less snobby and hands on.

Have to say I agree with that.  I also agree they "rallied around" a bit after the tragic death of Diana, but that was because of the way Joe Public reacted to their indifferent attitude to Diana's death.  Look at all the hangers on now who do little for the "firm"  -  wimpo, wasty and randy andy being top of the list, chuck takes the tiddle big time - pathetic at his age that his "man" puts his toothpaste on his brush ready and waiting for him - what a complete idiot that makes him look.
