Today begins the royal couple their official travel in South Korea, and there awaits Mary and Frederik's a very busy program.

It's a packed program that the Crown Prince couple has today, Thursday, embark on in South Korea. Three ministers and a large business delegation participates. Crown Princess Mary and Crown Prince Frederik begins the visit with the participation in the official opening of the world exhibition EXPO 2012 in the South Korean port city of Yeosu, in which Denmark is represented in the exhibition in the Danish pavilion.

The Crown Prince Couple's visit will also focus on green growth, among other things follow the green growth alliance that was established under President Lee's state visit to Denmark in May 2011.

Cultural Activities in the program will be particularly targeted at Danish design and dance, in which areas have been initiated collaborations between Denmark and South Korea.

After having conducted the official opening of the Danish pavilion at Expo 2012 and visited the Australian and Korean pavilion the royal couple went outside the program and directly into the nearest Starbucks to grab a cup of coffee. The theme for this year's World's Fair is the sea, the climate and environment, and the Danish pavilion in the farthest corner of the large exhibition space on the waterfront of Yeosu is also built on this theme. Officially pavilions must not be used to advertise individual businesses, but it is apparent to any visitor that AP Moller-Maersk, Lego, Vestas and Grundfos are the major sponsors.

CP Mary visits shelter for women with children out of wedlock.

Apparently these women are stigmatized in Korea to the point where the granparents wont have anything to do with the unhappy daugther, according to an interview with CP Mary to danish national tv2.

Wow, what a great cause to support. This is what I mean when I say that Kate has made ridiculously safe charity choices. If only she'd visit a women's refuge in the UK.

I couldn't agree more.
I have the highest respect for CP Mary because she is not doing the safe causes. From the very start she has chosen controversiel issues like this.

Crown Princess inaugurated today a new center for families with sick children. Family house, as it is named, is associated with the new hospital in Skejby. Here, both father and mother can move in and be with their children when they are hit by severe and prolonged illness.

- What I've seen so far is very impressive. It is a great deal for families who are affected by disease. Here they have a place where they can be together - and stick together in hard times, says Princess Mary to TV 2 | ØSTJYLLAND.

When Crown Prince Frederik has completed six marathons, cross country and countless mountain bike races, then it is ultimately in honor of his children.
- After I had children, one of the carrots for me also was that I want to be fresh, even when they become teenagers. Being able to experience something with them rather than be an old father, who may say 'Can't you run out and play?', Says Crown Prince Frederik.

For BT, the former Crown Prince Frederik said that he encourages his children to be active and exercise.

CP Mary was wearing a Vietnamese traditional dress called áo dài (long dress). QMII is wearing a vietnamese court overcoat. The colours and embroidery reflected the rank of the courtier.

The Mary Fund annual Free of Bullying Child relay kicks off on Sunday the 3rd juni in Copenhagen And Århus. Crown Princess Mary participates, where she hand out medals to the children.

Quote
Crown Princess Mary handed out medals to 1300 children that ran relay in Fælledparken in the fight against bullying.
The Mary Foundation and Save the Children has organized together 'Children baton Free of Bullying 2012' to get children in day care and the youngest classes to focus on bullying.

The children were four on each team, each running one kilometer and when the kids came in goal was Crown Princess Mary, and DR Ramasjang hosts Beard, Mikkel and Sofie ready to give all children a medal each.
But before the race began, there were common warm up with dance, where Crown Princess Mary stood in front of the stage with the children and danced.

Mary Foundation and Save the Children has been drawn together a program whose goal is to make children aware of how to be a good friend, and that there is a difference between teasing for fun and tease really.

CP Mary said herself
- Where bullying is present, well-being is far from optimal. And this applies not only to the child who is bullied - or as a bully - but for the entire group that is present and looks on passively. For when bullying is present, it affects the whole environment of the group. It is therefore very important that we take a common responsibility to focus on bullying
