People are being asked to send in videos, photographs and text about a memorable day during her reign, any time between tomorrow and June 6.
I dare say that this tid bit will be included. He seem caught up in the hype of the wedding, IMO.

I've no clue Yooper. Waity's a dark spot on HM reign. I doubt she's like to be reminded of the wedding from hell.

The press is going to sooner or later have to start printing negative pieces, as per the public's wish.

Because they are stuck in the mode of the Eighties, when they controlled things; they are fighting to control, not report. this is becoming a battle between the public and the press, I think the public will win because the public always wins, they never lose.

In time the press will be taken down, along with Kate and possibly the Windsors.

^ and ^^, thanks guys!

May they be taken down sooner rather than later before more damage is inflicted.  At least let HM enjoy this Jubilee without any nonsense from PW/WK.  Please!?

Too late for that; I am sure that HM is seething at how her milestone, of historical proportions, has been hijacked and now shipwrecked by this selfish couple.

By hiding away, they are doing just that. People actually talk more when they do nothing because the stuff they do is not really much of substance. They should be out doing appearances and making positive speeches about HM as queen and as a grandmother. Make the people want to celebrate her jubilee. That is the supporting role of a prince/duke, to help promote the monarch. Also, they are 30 years old this year, time to step it up, especially with the queen and her heir both getting older.

Well, apparently they are determined to "step back and 'let' the Queen have the spotlight,' or whatever the new excuse is.

On Tuesday morning at 3.50 am the BBC will /showthe royal wedding.  Appropriately enough, considering that, they are then showing Rip-off Britain.  I don't think that's an accident. Anyone?

Why bother? Anyone can watch it on YouTube as many times as they might want to.

I found this funny

Marie Phillips, author of “Gods Behaving Badly,” wrote on Twitter, “WORST. PARTY. EVER. The queue was the highlight.” She described how celebrity guests including Gwyneth Paltrow and Will.i.am were led in while hundreds of others who paid for tickets waited outside near Waterloo Station. She added, “I haven’t seen so many posh angry people in a line since the shrimp ran out at Kate and Wills’ wedding.”

Waterloo Station???  Isn't that relatively far from Westminster Abbey, on the other side of the river from it even?  If so, wow!  I'd have been upset about that aspect alone.

Gwen it's two stories, the main paragraph is about Paltrow's party for Clinton and the last bit about the Camb's wedding
