How odd is William to do this? Seems like he couldn't stand the stuffy reception at BP:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-1381941/Royal-Wedding-fashion-Catherine-Kate-Middleton-wears-Cartier-tiara-lent-Queen.html

Mousie: now, please tell me again her makeup looks good!  bored3

Are these makeup artists looking through a blurred lens?  Shocked  blink How can they say her skin looks 'dewy', or that her blusher was 'subtle'. On what planet?  Shocked

In some photos it does look ok, but it's just so harsh for a young woman. Most brides have soft, subtle makeup, which accentuates their features. She looks like an ageing drag queen to me. Lips Sealed

I can't believe the sycophancy over this wedding from big-time designers and so-called "experts". Why do they have to gush so - are they looking for business?

These designers see the world's most beautiful women every day of the week, modelling for them. Why put Kate into that category?  bored3

And, I couldn't see any loving looks at all!  Shocked Have they even bothered to look at the photos? William looked like he was snoozing or drunk - probably the latter.  X-Mas_rolleyes

Mousie: I posted a surprise for you in the main thread.  hug

I can't believe that William let all these lovely, classy ladies go to marry that woman, but perhaps they didn't want him.  shifty

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-1381912/Royal-Wedding-Prince-Williams-ex-girlfriends-Jecca-Craig-Isabella-Calthorpe-came-close.html

Isabella looks beautiful as usual, but I don't like her suit, nor Jecca's, nor Arabella's - and stockings with peep toe shoes?!  blink She looks distressed.  easter-think

Rupert Finch, Kate's old boyfriend, is actually married to Lady Natasha ... seems Kate was running in William's set a long time ago.  X-Mas_rolleyes

Couldn't these people crack a smile?  Shocked

It seems that our Oz Prime Minister is more important than the wedding function:

http://www.news.com.au/breaking-news/queen-leaves-royal-wedding-reception-to-meet-julia-gillard/story-e6frfku0-1226047353194

I can't contain my laughter ... I don't recall HM being so disinterested in any wedding ever.  shifty

The comments are irritating, with everyone saying that Kate is better looking. Do these people need glasses?  X-Mas_rolleyes  bored3

The DM is rigging the arrows ... every complimentary comment ends up with hundreds of green arrows, whilst the negative ones are flooded with red. It's not normal.

I think it is weird to invite ALL your four ex'es to your wedding.
I like Jecca's outfit the most. Lady Natasha Rufus Isaacs and Arabella Musgrove wearing both scarlet, which screams to me like: LOOK AT ME!
All of them will live an easier and more relaxed life than Kate. fan

I did not like:
Victoria Beckham (in black spy), Princess Beatrice of York (with the off with a Philip Treacy hat looking like antlers blink ) Princess Eugenie of York in Vivienne Westwood (no words for her outfit )  Tara Palmer Tomkinson (maybe she thinks she's the new Lady Gaga TCP baking cookies)

Chelsy, Chelsy, Chelsy.  WTH happened there?
she often grimaces in the camera. easter-James

hellomagazine:
Harry's girl Chelsy Davy pretty in turquoise as royal set take their seats
Quote
The vivacious blonde looked dazzling in a gorgeous turquoise dress by Alberta Ferretti, which she paired with a discreet headdress.
She looks better in those pictures

Prince Harry: Chillin' with Pippa and Chelsy
Quote
Harry also had another gorgeous woman to attend to- bride Kate Middleton’s beautiful sister/maid of honor Pippa.

Of course the media would love to see something spark up between Harry and Pippa, though it seems unlikely since Chelsy appears to have Harry’s heart.

DM: Chelsy Davy and SamCam duet in turquoise as they lead the way in a colourful parade of A-listers at Westminster Abbey
Quote
Vivid colours: Chelsy Davy wears a bright aqua Alberta Ferretti skirt and jacket with grey lace hat by Victoria Grant; right, Samantha Cameron chose a vivid teal sheath dress with elaborate pleats by Burberry worn with orange scarf, jewelled hairclip by Erdem and nude shoes - but the PM's wife left her head bare
I didn't like either outfit.

I like Sweden's Crown Princess Victoria sigh -as always
