This article is about Maxima, that is way I put it here.

As Kate Middleton settles into her new life, she need only look to Princess Maxima, wife of the heir to the Dutch throne, for an example of how to make the tricky transition from commoner to royal.

Dutch Crown Prince Willem-Alexander's engagement 10 years ago to a woman whose father was a minister in an Argentine dictatorship sounded like a gift to the Dutch republican movement seeking to end the nearly 200-year-old monarchy.

I like Maxima, but I wished she did more for the Netherlands. She does alot for the UN. I like her daughters, My favorite royal at the moment is Princess Amalia.

Amalia seems to be very similar to her mother, the three girls are very cute. I thought she had a lot of patronages in the Netherlands, although she also works for the UN.

Maxima doens't really have that many. Most of them are about micro financing. Here is the whole list:

She has nearly nothing!  Shocked I thought she had more. I can understand where you came from now.

Apart from the question whether Máxima later next king Willem-Alexander queen may be, the parliament shortly after the throne change answer one important question. It is necessary by law to be appointed a regent in case 'the King' dies while his heir - then Princess Amalia - still a minor. At the beginning of the week, there was a lot of up discussion in the government if Maxima should become queen. In the Netherlands the woman becomes automatically queen when her husband becomes king, but not the other way around. Some parties didn't want Maxima to become queen, but this was overruled by the other parties.

thankyou Earl Grey! Maxima is a natural beauty, inside and out! Frankly, I like her much better than the actual royal family, despite what others say. ...

I just found this article: http://www.kansascity.com/2011/05/10/2862730/netherlands-maxima-could-give.html

Apparently, I'm not in the minority for liking Maxima better than the family she married into! She took The Netherlands by storm. ...

And I simply cannot imagine Kate doing lice checks for children! Such behaviors would be out of character for her. ...
