Even on such a very sad and traumatic occasion its so nice to see them, and together.  She looked lovely.  Glad he is recovering from his illness.
They're both missed.  They could teach the younger generation a few things.

I am wondering why you are saying 'they're both missed'?

The Duke has done about the same number of engagements this year as in each of the past 3 years according to the poster on The Royal Forums who puts up a weekly count. As they have been doing this since 2012 it is possible to go back and check some of these figures on a week by week basis for comparison.

That poster has him on 76 to the 14th July this year and on 65 to the 15th July last year. Of course last year’s figures were out due to the failure of the online CC to update for much of February so he was probably even closer to the same number of engagements through to the middle of June.

In 2016 he had done 80 by the 16th June and in 2015 it was 79 to the 9th June.

What this is showing is that he has been fairly consistent.

Unfortunately, like the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester and Princess Alexandra there is virtually no coverage of his duties - other than Wimbledon. The Duke of Gloucester, for instance, has done about as much as William - 104 to William's 102.

Exactly Meememe.  Not helped when they're all described as "minor royals", when they are the stalwarts of the BRF.  Blame the press and their agenda.
